At Code Bolt, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-coded solutions for your Wix website. Since our services involve custom development, integrations, and deployments, all sales are final once work has begun.

However, we understand that issues may arise, so here’s how we handle refunds:

Refund Policy -
✅ Eligible Refunds

  • If work has not yet started, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.

  • If we are unable to complete the requested integration due to technical limitations on our end, we will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

🚫 Non-Refundable:

  • Once development has started, refunds will not be issued.

  • Custom coding, Stripe integrations, and other development work are non-reversible services.

  • Subscription or retainer-based services (e.g., monthly support plans) are non-refundable after the billing cycle has started.
